Retail investors constantly struggle to match the speed and precision of institutional "whale" wallets. Simply tracking large transactions is no longer enough; translating raw blockchain data into a practical, risk-managed investment strategy requires deep computational analysis and immediate execution before the market alpha decays.
WhaleWhisper was born to solve this by creating an autonomous bridge between smart AI analytics and real-time on-chain portfolio realignment.

WhaleWhisper is a next-generation asset management and rebalancing panel that automates complex DeFi operations through conversational AI.
Whale Analytics: Monitors high-volume on-chain movements to detect accumulation trends.
Multi-Agent Strategy Coordination: Utilizes an advanced anti-gravity AI architecture powered by Gemini to analyze macro data and recommend exact target allocation percentages[cite: 1, 2].
Strict Whitelist Governance: Ajan logic is strictly bound to a pre-defined asset registry containing OKB, BTC, ETH, SOL, POPCAT, USDC, and USDT to guarantee protocol safety.
On-Chain Rebalancing Router: Upon user approval, the system triggers a sequential transaction queue via Viem, utilizing the OKX x402 protocol entirely on X Layer Testnet to realign the user's wallet balances to match the strategy targets perfectly[cite: 2].

Successfully bound complex LLM responses to deterministic smart contract inputs with zero hallucinations.
Built a reliable asynchronous multi-transaction queue that runs natively on X Layer Testnet without losing state or blocking user wallet interactions[cite: 2].
Designed a real-time monospace terminal log component that streams live network transaction details and verified Explorer hashes directly to the UI.
Progress During Hackathon

<p>WhaleWhisper is an independent, bootstrapped MVP built entirely from scratch during this hackathon. We have not raised any external capital or institutional funding to date. Post-hackathon, we are highly open to ecosystem grants, incubation programs, and pre-seed opportunities to scale our multi-agent asset management infrastructure on X Layer.</p>
