The founding team spans across EWA, AI and fintech, including the former Bybit’s former Head of Engineering; CTO of Bree (YC S21), Canada’s largest EWA platform, who scaled ARR to $60M in two years; and a former venture lead at a top crypto exchange. WageFlow is launching pilots and partnerships across Canada and Australia with 100k+ registered users and 500k+ originations.
During the buildathon, we refined WageFlow’s business model and tested our early assumptions through discussions with builders, potential partners and the Arbitrum ecosystem team. We clarified how our wage-linked financing network could integrate with the ecosystem, identified potential collaboration opportunities, and explored liquidity sources for our initial deployments. These conversations helped us sharpen our market-entry strategy and define more concrete next steps for pilot execution, capital sourcing and ecosystem partnerships.
