Pre-Coding audits requirements and existing code before implementation, identifies reuse, removes speculative abstractions, and returns the smallest safe implementation plan.
Pre-Coding is an agent-to-agent planning auditor for software teams. It reviews requirements and the existing code path before implementation, identifies reusable code and native platform capabilities, rejects speculative abstractions and dependencies, and returns the smallest safe implementation contract with a clear do-not-build list. The concept is adapted with attribution from DietrichGebert/ponytail under the MIT License.
