Uganda processes 30M+ daily mobile transactions, each leaving 50-200 UGX spare change that vanishes unused. That's $2.8B annually across East Africaâwasted while communities desperately need funding for water wells, schools, and infrastructure. Traditional donation systems lack transparency, exclude feature phone users (60% of Ugandans), and offer donors zero control.

PaySmile is a Progressive Web App on Celo blockchain that automatically converts payment round-ups into verified community donations. Users donate spare change, vote on which projects get funded, and earn NFT badges for their impactâall with 100% blockchain transparency.
