Decentralized Health Risk Protocol is a blockchain-based health insurance system that automates claim processing with borderless coverage. The protocol enables global accessibility - patients can submit medical claims from anywhere in the world, making it ideal for travelers, international students, and workers on short-term assignments. Approved hospitals can review and approve/reject claims through secure role-based access control. Built on Ethereum with Solidity smart contracts, it provides transparent, tamper-proof claim records without geographic restrictions or paperwork bureaucracy.

Progress During Hackathon
During this hackathon, I developed a decentralized health risk protocol featuring a complete claim management system. Built with Solidity 0.8.28 and Hardhat, the project includes a ClaimManager contract for submitting and processing medical claims, role-based access control for hospitals and participants, comprehensive unit tests, and full deployment configuration for testnet. All code is documented and available on GitHub with a working test suite.
