Progress During Hackathon During the hackathon, we built the core MVP of FlowReel, a decentralized movie streaming dApp on the Flow blockchain. Key accomplishments: Designed and deployed the NFT smart contracts for minting and transferring movie assets. Implemented buy and rent transactions using FungibleToken and FlowToken contracts. Integrated @onflow/react-sdk for wallet authentication and on-chain transaction signing. Built a fully functional frontend interface where users can browse, rent, and buy movies. Implemented DAO structure concept for creator rewards and transparent revenue sharing. Added groundwork for AI-powered curation agents to support fair visibility for creators. Tested transactions on Flow testnet, ensuring correct token flow and capability linking. What’s next: Expanding DAO governance modules. Enhancing AI-driven recommendations. Onboarding real creators for pilot NFT movie launches.
