Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training and development programs aligned with business goals.

• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR.

• Support the creation of learning roadmaps, career development plans, and competency frameworks.

• Coordinate and facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with external vendors and trainers when necessary.

• Coach line managers on training best practices and employee development strategies.

• Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
