Training Specialist

Training Specialist is responsible for identifying employee training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and supporting employee growth and development across the organization. This role ensures that employees receive the necessary knowledge, skills, and guidance to perform their jobs effectively and meet company standards. The Training Specialist will work closely with department heads and managers to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve employee performance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any other related field.

2. At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related function.

3. Knowledge of training needs assessment, training program development, and employee development.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

5. Ability to organize, coordinate, and evaluate training programs effectively.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and documentation.

7. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
