Position: Graphic Designer

Work Setup: Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create compelling static and motion graphics that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Design visual materials across formats, including website UI/UX, posters, brochures, presentations, and other print and digital collateral.
• Produce engaging video content, including short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Create and edit photo and video content to support brand communication, campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
• Develop 3D renderings for events and presentations when skilled and required by project needs.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media platforms, and emerging visual communication techniques.
• Apply a strong understanding of color theory and use annual Pantone color publications where relevant to project requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver creative work within agreed timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Proficiency in relevant creative software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Firefly, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality visual, photo, and video content.
• Strong creative judgment, adaptability, and willingness to learn evolving design trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
