Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development. (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development. (Non-negotiable)
• At least 3 years of frontend development experience using React and/or Vue.js. (Non-negotiable)
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development using relevant technologies such as Node.js. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as DevOps practices and API development. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and system integration. (Non-negotiable)

Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing secure backend services, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development and Implementation

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Ensure application security, performance, usability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and take on additional technical priorities as assigned by leadership.

2. Frontend and Backend Development

• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain backend services while ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability.
• Optimize database queries, API calls, and overall application performance.
• Implement microservices architectures, cloud-based solutions, and DevOps practices as required.

3. API Development and Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support seamless system integration.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures for API communications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into existing applications.
• Monitor and optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability.

4. Testing, Debugging, and Deployment

• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure application quality.
• Identify and resolve software defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments.
• Monitor application health and continuously improve system performance and scalability.
