Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk
- Provide first-level administrative support to various departments as needed
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or direct concerns to the appropriate department
- Receive and manage related incoming emails and other communications, and route them appropriately
2. Meeting Room Management
- Manage meeting room reservation, including scheduling and coordination of requirements
- Maintain accurate records of meeting room reservations and usage
3. Building Access / Visitor Coordination
- Process and monitor gate pass and work permit requests in compliance with building policies
- Handle building access management, including access card requests and issuance
- Oversee company ID issuance, including processing requests, preparation, distribution, and maintenance of accurate records
- Coordinate parking requests and maintain proper documentation
4. Admin Assistant
- Assist the Facilities Operations and Engineering teams in all facilities management concerns, serving as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues and helpdesk support.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to handle stake holder/guest inquiries professionally
- Conflict resolution and complaint handling
- Basic record keeping and filing/document management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer skills
