Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of web-based tools, APIs, and automation systems
• Write clean, maintainable code and support bug fixes and feature improvements
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and testing cycles
• Collaborate with teams in Australia and the Philippines to deliver real-world tech solutions
• Learn and apply best practices in security, performance, and scalability
• Explore and experiment with AI and automation platforms under mentorship

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 years of software development experience
• Familiarity with programming languages like Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and version control (Git)
• Experience with Microsoft suite and power apps
• A desire to learn about automation, AI tools, and modern development practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) or backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, etc.)
• Prior remote collaboration or freelance experience
