Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute BD strategy for the HK / MO / TW Chinese market
- Source, onboard, and manage KOLs, affiliates, community leaders, and key partners
- Drive consistent monthly trading volume and DAU growth through partner-led initiatives
- Design and execute incentive programs aligned with volume, DAU, and retention goals
- Track partner performance, scale top performers, and optimize or discontinue underperforming partnerships
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure efficient campaign execution
- Provide clear reporting and take full ownership of volume, DAU, and ROI metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of BD experience in crypto exchanges
- Strong understanding of the HK / MO / TW Chinese-speaking crypto ecosystem
- Proven performance track record, including:
- Average monthly trading volume of 100M USDT or above
- DAU consistently at 30–50 or higher, or demonstrated ability to scale beyond
- Strong execution capability with the ability to independently deliver results
- Fluent in Chinese (required); English proficiency is a strong plus
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of partner ROI and growth funnels
