Responsibilities
Process Amazon instant messages and pending incoming requests in a timely manner.
Provide support for SMS handling tasks when required by the voiced CSR team.

Computer Skills: Proficient in office software and online customer service tools; e-commerce platform operation experience is a plus.

Experience Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
E-commerce customer service experience is highly preferred.
