POSITION PURPOSE:
The Talent and Client Engagement Associate/Specialist (TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT) is responsible for fulfilling vacancies of clients of the company. S/He is expected to communicate with clients (potential and existing), of their hiring needs and organizational goals. S/He will identify high-potential candidates, as well as prospective clients, using a variety of channels; through the development of a sustainable candidate and client-lead strategy.
· The person is also responsible for ensuring very good client and candidate experience; and promoting and representing the company in all possible channels.
· This position is expected to help the company achieve its goals by meeting a number of successful conversions, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
· Establish contact, build relationships with, interview, and present details about client and job requirements to potential candidates
· Verify candidate/s’ eligibility through a thorough paper screen, phone interview, and face-to-face interview;
· Produce a detailed report/endorsement regarding assessment/recommendation on candidate/s’ suitability which will be sent through email;
· Facilitate arrangements for client interviews
· Discuss and manage expectations of highly potential candidates who were about to be given a job offer by a client;
· Facilitate character reference checks on identified/chosen candidates and submit detailed reports to the client;
· Ensure proper on–boarding of chosen candidates.
Account Management and Business Development:
· Manage/maintain very good relationships with clients and candidates;
· Meet time deadlines for accounts.
· Interact and coordinate with finance/accounting and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
· Leverage marketing techniques and networking, in order to attract business from client companies
· Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, work, culture, and environment;
Reports Generation:
· Provide the Talent Acquisition Lead (s) a weekly detailed productivity report and project updates.
Others:
· Help in fostering a good work culture

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree graduate of any related course;
- Minimum 1 year of technical recruiting experience (IT, Engineering)
- Highly analytical, logical, and strong ability to understand technical aspects of every project that will be assigned to him/her.
- Strong people, project and account management skills
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and in writing and comfortable communicating with people from any level
- Highly personable
- High sense of ownership
- Pro-active, trustworthy, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work on-site at least 1-2x a week in our Ayala office.
